Voters in the Willow Run Community School district will be casting ballots to decide two contested seats on the board today.
Four candidates are running for the two seats, which are currently held by President Claudette Braxton and Trustee Andy Blakita. While Blakita is defending his seat, Braxton chose not to run this year.
Willow Run parents Anglesia Brown and Joi Jenson are joining Blakita in the contest for the two seats. Write-in candidate John Brooks, also a Willow Run parent, has thrown his hat into the ring.
