Initial reports indicate an Ypsilanti resident was killed in a drive-by shooting Thursday afternoon, near Wallace Boulevard and Kirk Street. According to a family member, the victim has been identified as 18-year-old Quartez Parker.
"I heard there was a drive-by," said Parker’s cousin, Darion Cole.
"I just found out 10 minutes ago my cousin got killed," he added.
