Computers stolen from Erickson Elementary


Drug dealer arrested in police summary

Five Apple computers, twenty monitors and an LCD Projector were stolen from Erickson Elementary School on Monday. 

Washtenaw County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the school at approximately 8 a.m. Entry was gained through a window on the building’s northwest side.  

No suspects are known at this time. 

A flat screen television and numerous DVDs were stolen from an Ypsilanti Township apartment on Tuesday.
At approximately 6 p.m. Washtenaw County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 2100 block of Golfside Road for a burglary. 

Upon investigating deputies found entry was gained through a front door.  

No suspects are known at this time. 

Possession of Heroin, Marijuana
Ypsilanti Police arrested a man who was found to be in possession of 16 bags of heroin and three bags of marijuana on Tuesday. 

At approximately 5 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 900 block of West Michigan Avenue for reports of a man selling drugs from his car. 

Officers witnessed the man reach into his pants and pass something to another person. The 20-year-old suspect, who also had a felony warrant from Wayne County for the delivery of cocaine, was arrested and transported to the Washtenaw County Jail.
