Multiple burglaries reported

Stolen Vehicle
A vehicle was stolen from Ypsilanti Township on Wednesday morning.

Washtenaw County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 8200 Block of Huron River Drive at approximately 10 a.m. to investigate the theft of a grey 2007 GMC pick up truck.

No suspects are known at this time.


Burglary
A flat screen television was stolen from a home in Superior Township on Wednesday.

Washtenaw County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 8400 block of Barrington Drive at approximately 4:30 p.m. and found a bathroom window had been smashed in.

No suspects are known at this time.


Burglary
Multiple guns were stolen from an Ypsilanti Township home on Wednesday.

Washtenaw County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of Oaklawn Street at approximately 9 p.m. and found a side window had been smashed in.

The homeowner reported that he heard the burglar jumping the chain link fence in the back when he returned home.

Burglary
A home was broken into in Superior Township Thursday morning.

Washtenaw County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 1500 block of Harvest Lane at approximately 1:20 a.m. and found a rear door had been kicked in.

Nothing was reported missing.

Suspects are unknown at this time.


Burglary
An Xbox 360 video game system was stolen from an Ypsilanti home sometime Wednesday night.

At approximately 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Normal Street where a man reported he had fallen asleep while watching television Wednesday evening, then found his Xbox 360 was missing when woke up.

He said he had likely left his door unlocked.

Officers questioned neighbors but suspects are unknown at this time.

Burglary
Prescription drugs and money were stolen from an Ypsilanti Township home on Thursday morning.

Washtenaw County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of Kennedy Street at approximately 10 a.m. for a report of a break-in within the previous hour.

Deputies found entry had been gained through a rear door.

No suspects are known at this time.

Burglary
A laptop computer and Xbox were stolen from an Ypsilanti Township home on Thursday.

Washtenaw County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 8800 block of MacArthur Blvd at approximately 8 p.m. and found entry had been gained through a rear door.

No suspects are known at this time.
