Home burglarized in police summary

Armed robbery
The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a Superior Township home Thursday.

Deputies responded to the 9100 block of Macarthur Boulevard at 9:35 p.m., where it was reported that the victim opened her door for the known suspect.

“The subject sprayed her face with mace and fled the residence taking her purse,” a report issued by the WCSO today said.

Police said the victim's purse was located, but the two suspects in the incident were not.

The two suspects wanted in the investigation are one black male and one black female, wearing a gold and black jacket.

Burglary
A laptop computer was reported stolen from a Superior Township home Thursday.

Deputies responded to the 1900 block of Sheffield Street at 8:50 p.m., where it was discovered entry had been gained through an unlocked front door.

Suspects are unknown at this time.
