The Midwest Sliders beat the River City Rascals 4-3 on Thursday, extending their win streak to six games. Two hits provided all the scoring the Sliders would need.

The Sliders (21-22) wouldn’t stay behind for long. In the bottom half of the second Joash Brodin hit a two-run home run bringing in Sam DeLuca.
The game was tied 2-2 going into the sixth inning.
In the top half of the frame, Ryan Groth scored on a single by Paris and an error by Brodin in left field.
The first two batters Bryan Bonner and Brodin walked. Ben Barrone brought both runners in with a double down the left field line.
