That was the decision at which 20 area youngsters in the Ypsilanti Youth Theater arrived for their presentation of “Twisted Tales of Terror” at Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church on Friday night.
Despite a flu-ridden cast that kept some kids from performing and left others a bit ill on stage, the cast improvised where necessary and filled in for their fellow actors and actresses.
The production featured comical takes on “Dracula,” “The Bride of Frankenstein” and more.
Showtimes for today are at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m.
