The Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a teen for his involvement in a shooting in Superior Township Friday.
Davon Marquez Thompson, 17, is wanted by police for attempted murder after a 25-year-old female was hospitalized from multiple gunshot wounds.
Police said the incident occurred at the 9000 block of MacArthur Boulevard at 5:15 p.m. Police said it began as verbal argument until it escalated and Thompson produced a handgun. The victim was hit several times in the party store’s parking lot.
The victim was treated at St. Joseph Hospital and released.
Police said Thompson is believed to be armed and dangerous. They ask anyone with information about his location to contact the sheriff’s office at 734-973-7711.
